Danish Aerotech makes all types of circuit card assemblies, utilizing a number of different component technologies on our flexible, in-house assembly lines, set up for low-volume manufacturing. Surface mount electronics assemblies and some special assemblies are provided in close cooperation with subcontractors.

Our assembly area is equipped with a number of component preparation tools and machines, logpoint assembly line, wave soldering equipment, cleaning equipment, equipment for dip and spray coat of circuit card assemblies, various microscopes for assembly and inspection tasks, and a flying probe in-circuit tester. The test capability includes functional test, environmental stress screening and final acceptance test.
