Danish Aerotech A/S has for the second consecutive year received the exclusive Supplier Excellence Award from Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems in USA.

The award is issued for exceptional achievements within quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction. The award comes in two versions, a Three Star and a Four Star.

Danish Aerotech is one of only two among Raytheon Space and Airborne Systems' thousands of suppliers to receive the rare Four Star award.

According to President & CEO Soren E. Petersen, quality, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction are key issues for Danish Aerotech, and Raytheon's awards demonstrate that the mission is accomplished.

The co-operation between Danish Aerotech and Raytheon began already in 1994, where the contract for production of Power Supplies for the F-16 computer systems was awarded.

The contract has since been renewed several times, and Danish Aerotech has now delivered upwards of 1400 sets of F-16 Power Supplies to Raytheon.

Raytheon is one of the world's largest Defense Industry corporations, with 73,000 employees and a turnover of more than USD 20 billion.

Danish Aerotech manufactures components for aircraft and helicopters, including EH-101, Lynx, S-61/SeaKing, E-3A AWACS and F-16, and performs maintenance on T-17 aircraft, AMRAAM and Sidewinder missiles, and LANTIRN Targeting Pods.
