Changes in Danish Aerotech's management.

Søren E. Petersen wishes to retire by the end of this year, and will in the future engage in consultancy tasks and board memberships. He will thus join Danish Aerotech's Advisory Board .

Jan Jørgensen continues in Danish Aerotech's management, and will take over the position as CEO.

Jan Jørgensen, MSc Econ, has during the latest five years been an active participant in Danish Aerotech's management, with responsibility for Finances, Accounts, Budgets, Logistics, and Key Customer Programs.

Danish Aerotech A/S manufactures parts for aircraft and helicopters, and performs maintenance on military aircraft and missiles. The company is owned by Jutlandia Holding A/S.
